NDT Coordinator – Rotterdam Area


Our client is a multinational offshore company executing large projects for offshore installation, removal and services. Their customers are the top of the oil- and gas companies. For these challenging projects they have a fleet of specialized vessels.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an efficient and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Pipeline Production Department (PPD).

This Department is responsible for the preparation of all offshore welding, non-destructive testing (NDT) and field joint coating.

The Unit NDT Services is responsible for execution of NDT work carried out on the Vessels. The Administrative Assistant supports NDT activities in general. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Unit Head NDT Services.


• Creates requisitions;
• Guide equipment purchase and maintenance process;
• Maintain information on the Portal;
• Keep track of manpower certification and planning;
• Keep track of equipment calibrations and planning;
• Keep close contact with relevant departments for transportation of equipment;
• Assist in reporting during qualification and project validation activities;
• Monitor and improve other administrative tasks.


• Degree-educated in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
• Minimum 3 years project planning experience within offshore/marine environment;
• Experience with logistic or planning software development;
• Good knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques;
• Excellent command of Office tools, specially Power Point and Excel;
• Highly organised with hands-on, no-nonsense mentality and an ability to work on own initiative ;
• Willing to work on remote locations occassionally;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
