Our client is a well known company and member of a worldwide leader in complex offshore marine (engineering) projects. Within the oil & gas industry they are succesfull in the construction, installation and removal for the TOP10 companies

This is an innovative company for high tech design, engineering and operating for fulfilling these projects. They provide special self designed techniques and equipment

Your Mission

  • ource, screen and recruit new staff (fixed and temporary) for all vacancies across the Offices organization
  • Manage direct recruitment channels such as the corporate website, job boards, professional networking websites
  • Develop and maintain agency relationships (recruitment, temporary and secondment employment agencies) and negotiate rates
  • Co-ordinate all recruitment activities (interviews, presence at recruitment fairs, feedback to candidates and agencies, advertisements) in close cooperation with other parties involved
  • Maintain the recruitment system (Carerix)
  • Determine the labour market communication and execute social media communication in close relationship with the Public Relations Department
  • Provide input to Senior Recruiter for recruitment strategy
  • Execute the recruitment strategy and maintain a recruitment calendar

Your Professional Skills

  • HBO degree with a minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as corporate recruiter, preferably in offshore, marine or engineering environment or at an (technical) employment agency
  • Experience with Carerix recruitment system is a pre
  • An degree in ‘Personeel & Arbeid’ or ‘technical’ degree or equivalent
  • Highly organised with a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality and an ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
  • Creative, with a good sense of empathy
  • Willingness to travel
